WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?

To finalize the order of the selected plan, you can choose from three payment methods we offer:

  1. Scan the QR Code
    You can scan this code to open the payment in your wallet. Your wallet will lock in with the correct receiving Bitcoin address and sending amount. Then make the payment.

  2. Send the Payment Manually
    You can copy the wallet address displayed in the payment window and process the transfer from your private wallet.

  3. Use “Pay it forward”
    Additionally, it is possible to make a payment from the funds gathered from the current account by using the “Pay it forward” option.

Payment process for each of the above methods should be completed in 30 minutes. Please remember — any Bitcoin transaction is subject to transaction fees. In case of withdrawal, the final sum will have a small fee deducted. This is not due to our policy, but results from how Bitcoin transactions are structured.

WHO IS PROVIDING YOUR MINING CITY SERVICES?

HOW DO I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP FOR MINING CITY?

In order to purchase a membership in Mining City, you have to register an account. The main requirement for registration is to state who referred our services to you. You can do it in two ways:Â

  1. You will receive a referral link — the field with the referrer will be automatically completed.

  2. Manually enter the Username of the referrer during registration.

CAN I CHANGE A PURCHASED PLAN TO ANOTHER ONE?

It is not possible to change one plan to another. However, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Please remember that when you have a Standard plan, buying a Bronze and Silver plan will give you all the benefits associated with the Gold plan.

WHERE ARE MY COMMISSIONS??

The commission may be awarded in various ways depending on the chosen compensation plan. More details can be found in the Marketing plan tab. The commission is calculated every 24h at 6:00 a.m. UTC + 9. After calculating the commission, the result is visible in the My Wallet tab in the History list.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

You have to log into your account and choose the Settings tab. After choosing that option, on the bottom of the page there will be a column Password change. If you forgot your password and can’t log into your account, simply use the “I forgot my password” option at the bottom of the login page.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY WALLET ADDRESS?

To change the wallet address, first go to the Settings tab. Then a new wallet address must be entered on the list. After confirming the changes, you will be sent an email to the address that was used to create your account. In order to accept changes, please click on the link sent by email. After completing the above procedure, your wallet address will be changed immediately.

HOW CAN I BUILD MY BINARY TREE?

To begin building your own binary tree you must first be assigned to the tree by your referrer. The tree is built on the basis of users who have registered with your referral link. The next branches of the binary tree are created by new users who have received a referral link from the people you referred. Remember that only accounts which have bought a plan can be placed in the tree.

WHY DOESN’T MY RANK CHANGE?

The rank can take up to 4h to change from the moment its requirements have been fulfilled. A detailed description of how to get a rank can be found in the Marketing plan tab. In case of any doubts, contact us using our email support@miningcity.com.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY NICKNAME?

Remember that the login is a unique name and currently it is not possible to change it due to the way the service management system works.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY REFERRER?

This option is not available. The entire structure of the citizen list is based on the defined referrers. Because of that, any changes of referrer may lead to a malfunction of the system.

HOW CAN I SUBMIT A WITHDRAWAL REQUEST?

This option is available in the My wallet tab. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm the transaction using the link sent to your email address. The funds will be paid to the external wallet you have specified in the Settings tab. After submitting a withdrawal of funds request to the indicated wallet address, it is forwarded to finalization within a maximum of 24 hours.

HOW CAN I SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST?

To submit a refund request please contact us at support@miningcity.comThe possibility of canceling the purchased plan is possible within 72 hours from the moment of acceptance. Please remember if you want a refund the account can not be attached to the binary tree.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

We have 4 Bitcoin mining plans you can participate in. When you purchase a share of these mining plans you are actually purchasing a contract for 1100 days of Bitcoin mining at a specified hash power. For each share purchased you will receive daily pay-outs of whatever is being mined in the plan you purchased. These commissions are paid to your Mining City Wallet and each plan has their own requirements to use a certain percentage of your earnings for expansion, maintenance, electricity, cooling, and other expenses. With our referral plan you are paid commissions on EVERY person that you share this opportunity with. Anytime they earn Bitcoin from a share of the mining plan you will also earn a percentage based on where they fall in your Level Up structure.

WHAT ROLE DO THE RANKS PLAY?

Mining City provides ranks for its members. Ranks help to differentiate between how many people you sponsor and what is your turnover volume. When you join Mining City you are automatically awarded the rank of Citizen. Details can be found on the Marketing Plan tab.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY REPURCHASE SETTINGS?

You can decide what happens with your mining earnings:

Your earnings can be automatically allocated for the purchase of part of the plan (partial share). To manage the repurchase rate, go to the Repurchases tab. Please remember: the default repurchase value is set to 100% for partial shares.

Setting your repurchase rate to a value lower than 100% will add the remaining earnings to your Mining City wallet.

WHEN WILL MY POSITION IN THE BINARY TREE STRUCTURE BE ACTIVATED?

Your account will be visible in the binary tree when two conditions are met:

  1. The account must have an activated plan (Standard, Bronze, Silver, Gold).

  2. Your referrer must add you to their binary tree structure — this change is visible immediately.

WHY IS MY PLAN NOT ACTIVATED?

Any selected plan becomes activated when two conditions are met:

  1. We receive payment for the plan you have chosen.

  2. The payment receives 5 confirmations in the Bitcoin blockchain. Please note that this might take up to an hour after the payment is accepted.

 

HOW TO BUY A PLAN

 

Please confirm the process.

 

1. Select plan you wish to purchase

2. Confirm terms/conditions and OK

3. Copy purchase wallet address

4. Paste this address to withdrawals of your exchange account

5. Follow processes of exchange to confirm the withdrawal

 

This should process.

If this is not working, please try "deposit" coins into your Mining City wallet and then using the "Pay it forward" function to purchase a plan for yourself.

These options are available in "My Wallet - BTC or BTCV" pending the coin in which you are trying to purchase with.
